"Measurement system capability" is a function of the system's uncertainty of measurement referred to the characteristic's tolerance. This software helps you in understanding how your measurement systems is performing (bias, repeatability, reproducibility, stability, linearity, part to part variation, appraiser influence...) and gives you necessary information to select the right measuring instrument for your application.

• Linearity plots show the accuracy of the measurement system across the range of part values

• Stability charts provide a graphical display of your measurement system's performance over time

• Control charts plot chart repeatability to detect sources of error

• Whiskers chart graphically display the variation of your operator's measurements

• Gage error hystograms show the distribution of measurement deviations from "true" values

• Gage performance curves determine the probability of acceptance or rejection of parts (producer/consumer risk)

• Operator bias charts indicate whether there is bias among the operators
